A question, a return?

Return, damaged item, order tracking or a simple question: write to us here. The crew replies by email, usually within 2 business days. ⚓

📸 Broken, faulty or not as described? Attach a photo of the item and one of the packaging: we handle your case right away, without asking you to send the parcel back. We reprint the piece and ship it again at our expense — or refund you in full if you prefer. Please keep the item and its box for about two weeks (carrier claim).
Simply changed your mind? Returns accepted within 14 days, return shipping at your expense.

We reply by email, usually within 2 business days.

Changed your mind (withdrawal): you have 14 days after delivery to return an item, no reason needed — except personalised or made-to-order pieces. Return shipping is at your expense and the item must come back in perfect condition. Write to us through this form and we'll send you the return address.

Broken, faulty or not as described: that's a different matter, and it costs you nothing. A photo of the item and its packaging is usually enough — no need to send the parcel back.

We reprint the piece and ship it again at our expense. If that isn't possible, takes too long, or if you prefer, we refund you in full (shipping included). We'll just ask you to keep the damaged item and its box for about two weeks while we settle the claim with the carrier.
